Our 8″ and 12″ authentic brick oven pizzas are made using the freshest ingredients and cooked to perfection in our custom brick oven shown below. Through our family owned coffee shop we support some Christian missionaries who are spreading the gospel in many areas of the world. Our one of a kind café has an objective to be a light in Pensacola and elsewhere. Maple Forest Café was opened through God’s direction and provision. We strive to offer exceptional espresso drinks along with delicious brick oven pizza, frappes, real fruit smoothies, tasty pastries, one of a kind creemees, and snowballs (shaved ice). The fresh beans are ground at the time that each coffee drink is made. Our espresso coffee beans are organic arabica beans. Come in and enjoy a maple latte or maple creemee made with real Vermont maple syrup.
Vermont is not only known for its green rolling mountains, radiant fall foliage, granite quarries, and snow skiing, but most importantly, it’s maple syrup. Maple Forest Café boasts of sights and products from Vermont, where the owners were both born and raised. It all started with a simple thought…bring part of Vermont, the Green Mountain State, to Pensacola, Florida.
